Still learning here - S4 or S6

I'm still trying to get the facts straight here and want to know the
major (and minor) differences between an S4 and an S6. I'm talking about
the '93 to '95 range for the S4 and obviously '95 only for the S6 (not
looking to import any Canadian cars).
