4KSQ does not handle like an all wheel drive!!!Help.

Hi Listers,

           I have an Audi 4KSQ, the differential locks work. Today it snowed 
up here in Alaska. So I start up my quattro and start driving, first of all 
the thing I noticed was that the car slipped quite a lot(during 
acceleration), even with both the differentials locked, it still however has 
summer tires. Now the SCARY PART, when I drive it straight it drives like an 
18 wheeler, the back end of the car has its own mind, can't get past 25 mph 
otherwise it goes totally out of control, and I am afraid it will hit 
something. The situation gets worst of I UNLOCK the differentials. No matter 
how much I try to keep the fron wheels straight the back end keeps swinging 
to the left and right continously regardless of speed.In fact a couple of 
times it started to go side ways when I tried to go over 30 mph on the 
freeway thank GOD(realle one) there were no cars besides me.   It is very 
scary! Help is needed ASAP!
BTW I changed the shocks and the mounts on all four corners.....no other 
suspension work has been done.
