No longer in the dark

Stonegaurd is a thin protective film that is applied to the glass lens.  It
is probably 1/16" thick.  The backside sticks on like a sticker and it is
not noticeable at a distance more than 20 feet or so.  Not quite sure
exactly what it is made of, probably a plastic or vinyl, but it will prevent
chips in the glass.

what is stonegaurd?  i have 100 euros in my 5ktq and would like to protect
them if possible... esp with winter coming eventually...
