Turbo oil return line wet

Upon closer inspection of the engine in my 5k, I found the return line
from the turbo wet. Not the flanges, but the flexible steel line was
wet. Does this mean that the whole thing will burst soon? It does not
drip, but it's wet with engine oil.. How much does a new line cost?
Here in Norway, salt corrosion is a_big_ problem - everything under my
car is seized and corroded (thankfully not the car itself - no rust on
the body!) Should I replace both the feed and return lines? The feed
line looks OK, as it's positioned on the "right" (read: no salt and
slush there) side :-)
