Digest reply protocol

    Following up on the recent thread about "Doyt's last message", I really 
have to agree with Kneale's sentiment.  It seems that many digester's posts 
and replys have no context, as they reply to the digest summary which states 
volume and message number.  In frustration, I usually delete these because I 
have no idea what the post is referring to or in what cotext.  A simple 
solution would be to reply with the proper subject line, that way your post 
will appear to be another reply to the many, ongoing threads on the list.
