It helps a LOT to use MIME digests and a mail reader that can consume them
easily and properly. I just switched to digest mode, and my mailer (The
Bat!) can read the MIME digests just fine (as you can see, while reading
your individual email in the digest, I simply hit reply... context, text,
and the right subject line).

If anybody wants to try a different mailer and you're using a PC that runs
Windows and want to get a good digest reader, try The Bat! from
