tool to remove strut inserts on 200Q

Anyone local to me have this magic tool available for loan or rental?
A distant relative is replacing his inserts this coming weekend, and I
told him I'd see about getting the tool.
Also, when you use the tool, can you get to the upper strut bearings (tops),
or do you have to leave them for when you do the total job?
