Help! MASTER Cyl stud / bolt ?!

Hello quattrophiles!

I am trying to install a new master cylinder on my 86 4KSQ. By turning
the nuts, the bolts/studs
came out. The nuts holding the master cyl in place are frozen to
bolts/studs. I am thinking about
cutting the bolts to free them from the old master cyl, but I am worried
about not being able to find
new ones.         They don't look like studs you can buy anywhere!

DO these studs have a     part#       or are they standard and readily
avail?
