maybe get a free set from him and try someone else [pay no >$35 a pair]. 
I've had good experience from JCW [go figure] and Susquehanna Motorsports, 
but get good quality bulbs, like a Hella. And remember this: Any high 
wattage bulb will burn much quicker and hotter [not recommended for 
expensive, plastic lenses like your euros]. It's the same material filament 
in the low watt, just a bit shorter, so the resistance is lower, drawing 
more current. Just get 55W this time. I have no problem w/ driving in heavy 
rain w/ white bulbs. Yellow lights aren't that nice looking. If you can't 
see w/ euros, maybe the bulbs are poor design or soemthing is wrong w/ your 
setup. Did you adjust the beams?
