Repair or trade in

Hi all,

	I am trying to decide whether or not to trade my 92 100CSq in for
an A4 or maybe a 96-97 A6 Avant.  There has been a lot of talk of
replacing valley pan gaskets on the 12V list recently.  I will need to
have that done soon and the cats are rattling also.  The car has about
110K on it right now and runs great.  No major problems except for the
annoying oil spots on the garage floor and the rattle from the cats.  Any
suggestions?  Should I just repair it all and hang on to it for while?
