Yep, fun they are.  Actually, the newer 4k is easer to fit the ur-q IC behind as you can cut the lower valence off the core support and wont see it missing since its behind the bumper.  Mine is visible and I had to cut the valence and push it out an inch or so sideways to get it to fit.  But its in there.  Its not permanent but its bolted in and there for a while.  I ultimately want a Grill Area IC thoguh.
   As for power, I would think with all yoru work your car would be as fast at 6psi as mine at 10psi or more so.  What is your 0-60 time and what about 4tha nd 5th gear 50-70mph times.  ANd 3rd gear?

A few people have said good things about the delrin bushings so I know
that's the route I'm going to go... just a matter of which ones. If the 2B
bushings are THAT much better (worth 2x the cost) I don't mind paying the
extra $$. Otherwise I'll just go with the Blau kit.

wohoo! Congrads. Yeah, I'm lovin' the boost. My UrQ IC was a really tight
fit but I managed to squeeze it in there. Probably easier to fit in the
early 4k front end? Anyhow I'm only running 5-6 psi and I was able to keep
up with a Camero Z28 in a straight line.. mostly cause he couldn't keep both
tires firmly planted on terra firma! So when I hit 10-15 psi I'll run
circles around these cars ;-)
