I don't get it, some of those are all-season, and some aren't.  If you
have to do any winter driving, I would get the 730's AND a decent set of
winter tires.  If you won't do that, or drive on winter roads less than,
say 5 days a year, the decision then becomes between the KDWS and
SP5000.  Can't help you there, no experience with those two tires.  Call
the tire rack and ask them to tell you the differences between the two.
