Ur-q water leak

    Don't know if you have considered this, but often a little bead of RTV 
silicone under the o-ring will hold the o-ring in place, and help seal up any 
slight imperfections on the sealing face one you torque it down.  This will 
guarantee no water leaks, I have BTDT a few times and even a new o-ring will 
not stop the drip-drip from underneath the pump w/o some RTV...
