Source for 13 mm hex wrench

1/2" and 13mm are pretty much the same. you could cut off part of the 1/2" 
wrench and use a 1/2" socket to torque it down. just make sure you have cut 
off the right length to fit in the bottom of the socket and stick out 
enough to turn the seats.
