86 4kq tranny ratio's, and susp. question

I'm confused about the transmission I have.  At 80 mph, im turning 4600 rpm.  
Is this normal?  My top speed is only 95, cranking right at the redline.  

Also, how much does it cost to replace the rear subframe mount/bushing?  Its 
clanking badly whenever I let the clutch out...just a general idea would be 
good so I don't get ripped off.
