RCD Phantom cloaker? Snake oil?

   Give this a look over.  It's radar jammers, and supposively, legal in the US.
I looked over it briefly, and I think I'm ordering one.  If nothing else, it's a
good detector.  It explains how jammers work, and other useful and useless stuff.
