I've had this relay (441 959 257B) replaced on my 92 100CSq also. Battery
would drain every morning. Mechanics saw that there was a huge power draw
when the car was off. Only thing that isn't common to your problem is
that I didn't notice anything weird with the windows.
I still have the broken relay in the car right now if you need to see it.
I'm in the Billerica office at Nortel. E-mail me offlist if you need to
