20v stroker

Does anyone have any real experience with this combo?  I have a longblock 
from a eurovan already, but am seriously concerned about the piston speeds 
due to the highly oversquare bore stroke ratio.  Has anyone heard anything 
about these engines requiring rpm limitations or having problems with 
serious boost?  I guess if one is running serious boost, the improvements 
from the displacement increase will be minimal in advantage anyway (perhaps 
at low rpm no boost, but sequential turbo(s) should solve that right?!;}.
