Mitchell's experience tracks with that of an African-American newspaper
editor friend of mine who, after becoming familiar with my eS2 (ex CQ), went
to one of our local Audi dealers last year to buy a new A6 Avant.  He was
ignored for over an hour, left and went to his old Volvo dealer where he
paid cash for a new awd Cross Country (just as he had intended at the Audi
dealer).

Another African-American guy I know, recently had a good experience at
another local Audi dealer buying a new S4tt.  Irony is, both dealers are
owned by the same guy.
