MC using oil and fouling plug.

Recently my MC engine has been using more oil than
normal.  Compression reads 120 psi accross the board
(I live at 6000 ft).  No excessive oil in the intake
pipes from the turbo, but my #3 plug is fouled and
caked with gunk.  I'm thinking valve seals.  I have to
pull off my intake manifold soon, so I figure I might
as well do some work if needed.  Advice?
