If consumption is accurate (your wallet will tell)
O2 sensor fouled completely
and/or
Intake sensor giving false cold air readings
and/or
Engine Temp sensor giving false cold readings
and/or
Cold Start Injector dumping fuel
or Huge turbo running with constant nitrous oxide injection and
supplementary enrichment injectors dumping fuel into engine in exchange for
one heck of a ride everywhere
