temp-mpg relationship

my coupe routinely loses about 15% in "winter"

theory #1: the winter gas, the oxygenated stuff, doesn't work as well
theory #2: much more time spent in rich mixture mode while the engine
warms up.

the 90Q seems to be showing a little of the same, but the data are not
conclusive yet.
