type44 rear seat back removal...

1) remove rear headrests (remove circlips in headrest sockets)
2) bend metal tabs out at bottom of seatback which hold it to the body
3) open trunk, peel back felt lining at fore part of trunk , expose headrest 
sockets.  push headrest sockets in, and pry upward at the same time, to 
unfasten them from in the trunk.
4) go back inside car and pull headrest sockets up and out of seatback.
5)pull seatback away and off of tabs at bottom, then lift up at same time.
seatback will come out.
