WG Solenoid Indicator Light

Sometime ago there was a discussion regarding the development of a
standard format we could all follow when submitting information to the
list.  Attached is a sample project with my attempt at a standard format.  
The ability to sort / store the information is probably a high priority but 
is not my field of expertise.  Suggestions are appreciated.  I may have to 
send a second note with the blank form as my program won't always pick up 
multiple attachments.  I believe the download will automatically open in word 
format.  It takes a minute because of the photo.
