timing belt issues

you need a tool to hold the pulley fixed.
List vendors rent them, but I made my own out of a piece of box tubing and
angle iron scrap.  Works beautiful, didn't cost anything except 30 min of my
time and some MIG wire.  I can send a pic if you want to see what it looks
like.
