V8 fuel mileage

We got ~22 mpg (fillup to fillup, not nonfunctional dash gauges) on the 
only Expressway trip we've taken in our '90 V8Q.  That was about 300 miles 
@ average 80 mph.  That's two to three mpg less than I routinely get with 
my 200q20v on the same trip.  My wife drives the V8 an a daily rural 
two-lane commute (loves passing 2-3 cars instead of one at a time in her 
previous 4Kq) of about 15 miles and gets about 20 mpg per tankful, which 
includes stop-and-go town errands, etc.  If you want good mileage in a big 
Audi, get a 5Ktq.  I routinely got 30 mpg at 70-80 mph highway and 26 in 
mixed rural/town driving with mine.
