Bad Rear Wheel Bearing Symptom?

    I have been getting all the warning signs of a bad rear wheel bearing on
the right side of my car.  It sounds like a plane is following me at 40 and
80mph, the noise all but disappears when I turn sharply to the right, but
there is something else that I can't quite explain.

    I have no steering wobble when going straight, but when I turn the wheel
ever so slightly either direction I get a wobbly feeling.  I've had this for
a month or so, I also just changed wheels and brakes, but the feeling has
stayed.  Could this be cause by the bad rear wheel bearing?
