leaking injector

quick and hopefully easy question for the group. I have been messing around with the CIS injection on my car and noticed that when I jumped the fuel pump relay that 1 injector started flowing fuel before I pulled up on the air sensor plate. my question, should there be enough pressure there to open the injector? I am guessing that I have a bad injector. could there be something wrong with the fuel distributor in that there is more pressure going to one injector.
