Quantum Syncro (Audi 4000Q) running poorly

Engine Management not getting power.  Try checking your fuses to see if your 
Idle Control, Idle Stabilizer, K-Jetronic fuse is good or blown.  (previous 
experience on both my 4000 and Quantum cars).  You can also check your 
distributor advance unit for vacuum leaks.
