back of the head usually.  

don't just rip it out and replace it.  test it... there are graphs for
how long the cold start injector should fire (vs temp) in bentley.

likewise the injector can be tested pretty easily - just activate it
"manually" (by grounding its brown striped wire) and watch what your OXS
output or FV duty cycle does, at idle.  It should make the mixture
richer until the computer compensates...
