Hey Qlist:

After many broken promises, I have finished my Rust Primer web page:

It is not yet attached to anything, because I'm still working on my main
Eurotrash Princess page.  It's gonna be pink and purple!

This is the most important section that I've been working on, the only
tech thing that I'm probably qualified to write about.  I know that many
of you have experience in this area.  I invite comments, questions,
constructive criticism, etc. from the list.
