Check Engine light on 95 90CS revisited

Thanks to all who provided input on helping me solve my problem.   I dumped 
the codes as prescribed, but the output was not as indicated in the 
instructions.  I get a repeating 2324, which will continue forever with no 
0000 code to indicate end of output.  The 2324 code corresponds to the mass 
air flow sensor.  I substituted a known good complete MAF assembly but the 
light continues to come on.  Now for the interesting part: The check engine 
light will only come on when I am traveling at over 50MPH.  I can drive 
forever at under 40MPH and the light will not come on.  I then drove at 40 
MPH in third gear so the RPMs were the same as at 50 MPH in fifth, but still 
no light.  The problem seems to be related to the speed of the car but not to 
the speed of the engine.  I'm stumped.  Please, please don't make me go to 
the dealer!!!   One additional note;  the light doesn't come on immediately 
upon reaching 50 MPH.  It generally takes 1.5 miles at that speed for it to 
illuminate. Thanks!!
