s6 sunroof leak and compartment covers

Any wisdom on best way to proceed with a leaking sunroof on a 95 s6 wagon?
It leaks around the rear corner on the driver side; looks like the
rubber/fabric seal around the edge of the sunroof is dried out and has
shrunk.

And, does anyone know if those neat heavy duty thick rubber floor mats are
available for the rear of the s6 wagon? I've got these black mats in my 87
300D; each one can hold up to a quart of fluid (never tested that claim).
Covering the rear may help eliminate a little road noise, too.

Regards,

Carl
