 Ah, yes, Europe.  Where they have street cars, *on time* fast running
 trains, superhighways W/O speed limit, and a large selection of Diesel
 powered automobiles.  From the VW Lupo-TDI, at 90MPG, to the Audi A-6 with
 turbo Diesel, at 37MPG.  And, motorcycles and scooters are considered as
 serious transportation in Europe.
 But in the U.S. of A., a 150lb person needs a two-ton gas-guzzling SUV for
 commuting to work!
