Buy a Dremel tool with lots of cut off wheels. It
makes it easy to get the exhaust apart, modify sheet
metal, and has many other life saving functions. You
can remove the batery tray with a 3/8" drill and a
pair of good pliers by drilling out the rivets and
pulling it apart. Make sure you save all the
electronics and sensors from the 90 because you will
use them, including the distributer. I used the cut
the stock airbox apart, flip it around, and fiberglass
it back together method with a VW airboot and steel
pipe down to the turbo. I'm just about finished with
the extra injectors project, so pictures are not far
off. Oh yea, I have had no problem running 8 psi, and
I can't tell you the difference it makes. Can't wait
for 16 psi.
