You should have received a bag of adapter fittings as well. Select the 
correct units as needed by matching threads.
The hose without the valve connects to the top center of the fuel 
distributor. The line you take off to make this connection (should be the one 
that goes to the FPR) connects to the other hose. That's it. It looks 
intimidating, but it's rather straight forward.
I left mine connected for a week or so while I adjusted the FPR pressure. The 
bottom section of the FPR has an adjustment screw that can adjust system 
pressure up or down.
