4KSQ brake parts ?'s

Coming out of lurk mode...

My '85 4KSQ needs brakes all around.  The car has the original rotors, 
calipers, lines, master cylinder and leaky proportioning valve.

Where can I get good quality reman F&R caliper w/ bracket, and what is a fair 
price?

ATE atom rotors- I've seen them used on A1 VW's w/ good results, any feedback 
on 4KQ applications?  Who has a good price?

Should the still functional M.C. be replaced at 16yrs. old and 160K miles?  
If so, is a reman available and a good idea?

The prop valve is leaking pretty bad now (have to top off reservoir every 2 
weeks).  Is a stock replacement available from an inexpensive aftermarket 
source?  I am considering an adjustable prop valve, has anybody done this in 
the stock location?

Any other comments, warnings or BTDT's are welcomed.
