New Audi

Wow, God bless ya--an old 100 LS...dig those. The first Audis that showed up
at my dad's Audi dealership and hence, my first Audi...[insert sappy music
here] Got online pix?
I'd guess that those mystery dials are indeed a/c. Many a VAG/Porsche
product from the 70's had those controls (many times dealer installed) for
the a/c. I reckon one could crank the heater and the a/c at the same time?
Or maybe the vents are blocked off?
For parts, check ebay.com; I see lots of old audi stuff there from time to
time. Also try TPC.
I'd venture to say that if it's in as good a shape as you say, once you've
completed the fixes and everything's working properly, it should be worth
considerably more than $245. I dunno, $1-1.5k? Not a lot, but that's what
I'd pay. Really no demand for these cars I reckon.
Good luck!
