'89 200 stumbles off the line?

My '89 200 w/MC2 has developed a stumble off the line.
 Idle is normal, but as I let off the clutch and apply
gas from a dead stop it almost "bogs", as tho the a/c
is on, but it is not, a/c clutch spins free.  It will
sometimes do it as I shift to 2nd as well, but not
always.  Once moving and above about 2k rpm all is
well.. .. ?
  Would a clogged fuel filter or pump screen cause
such symptoms?  Cap and rotor look good.  Throttle
switch (if relevant) was replaced about 3 months ago
w/the new improved style.  Motor is up to operating
temp, not sure if it does it when cold as the problem
just now appeared.
  Not sure if related but I also have low or no boost,
which appeared about two days ago.  The low boost I
should be able to troubleshoot w/SJM's site, but the
"bogging" has got me stumped.
  Any help is much appreciated.
