'89 200 stumbles off the line?

I had similar symptoms and it turned out to be the michelin man hose
was split. Cleaned it and glued back shut with loctite 404 (crazy
glue) and have been staying off the boost until the new one arrives.
Much better driveability since. I think the bogging occurs when the
engine shifts slightly because of the torque which opens the hose,
then the torque disappears and the engine shifts back closing it. If
I held the throttle at just the right spot it would get into a weird
bucking cycle.
