9.  Do not move the car, even by rolling it, with the axle shaft out.  
You'll ruin a bearing in there.

Right! 
And don't tighten the axle nut, not even part way, until the wheels are on
and the car is sitting on the ground, cause you would destroy the bearing.  

My experience is that the left outer boot is the first to go, and the other
three will all follow within two years.  YMMV.
