Its called Aerodynamics.  A 5kq with 130hp and much more weight
can turn lower revs and go faster up hill at highway speeds than
a similarly powerful 4kq.  The Aerodynamics and highway gearing
mean less throttle input which means less fuel.  The 5ktq has a
Cd of like .33 (depends on model, etc.) while the ur-q is about
.44   and the 4kq would be similar to that.
