Dunlop SP8000 vs. Bridgestone RE730 for Audi Coupe GT

I am considering either the Dunlop SP8000's or Bridgestone RE730's in a
205/50ZR15 on 15x7 rims for my '83 Coupe GT.  Any potential clearance
problems?  Seems like the SP8000's may be quieter and better riding, RE730's
better wet and dry cornering, can anyone offer more insight into these?
Looking for a street tire with decent ride, quiet and good wet handling.
