Dunlop SP8000 vs. Bridgestone RE730 for Audi Coupe GT

I have sp8000 tires on my 91 911 at the moment; they are worn out. The tires worked very well except I really had trouble KNOWING when they wanted to slip in both the wet and dry. Maybe this car just has such high limits I did not approach them; I don't think so. The car corners hard and then just lets go. I've ordered bridgestone re730 tires for replacements. If these tires don't really impress me then I'll just find those Kumho tires on the cheap.

In the occasional torrential downpour we get in SoFla, I am continually
delighted by the Dunlops. In my admittedly rough comparison format the
Bridgestones seem to have a shade better dry grip, but are noisier.

I'd go with the Dunlops, FWIW.
