A question about Audis fitted with I5 20V

Hi listers,
              Can anyone tell me what cars were fitted with the classic I5
20V engines.  I know that some urq's had them.  Where there any models from
1990 onwards?.  I am enthusiastic about obtaining a 90 onwards coupe with
this engine block.  Do the 80,100 and coupe 2.3e cars have this?  What was
the last production car to have them?

Any info or pointers to websites would be most helpful.
