Kumho 712's speed ratings?

thanks for all the input, since I am not running this car on the track,
I think the longer life and what should be a slightly more comfortable
ride for the lower speed rating should serve me just fine. It would be
interesting to compare two 4kq's with the different version to see if
there is any noticeable difference.
