Kumho 712's speed ratings?

Thats sort of what I figured.  I always opt for the higher rated
tire unless its for a daily driver that never see's the track,
then I get the lower.  I'm considering the V rated Khumho tires
for the 5ktq and probably the RE-730's for the 4ktq track car. 
We'll see though.
