1998 A6 questions

I have two questions regarding my 1998 A6:

- The suspension bottoms out occasionally on rough roads (paved, but uneven)
that my 200Q takes just fine. The only Net reference I can find about this
was in an Australian motoring magazine who complained about the same problem
in their test drive. Is anyone else having a problem with this, and what's
the fix?

- So far, I've lost three of the black plastic grilles that snap into the
holes around the foglights (1 left side, 2 right side). I'm at a loss as to
whether they are being stolen or whether they are falling out. Anyone else
having trouble with this?
