thats why i am running the A8 et38mm wheels up front, and A4 et45mm wheels on
the rear..no clearance probs whatsoever.. no mods, no spacers. just bolt
-on. w/ the stock 205-5516 tires from the A4. I had the A4 wheels up
front, and while they DO work, i just wasnt comfortable with how close they
were to the tie rod end. it did work, for the record. btw, these are the
16" 5spoke alloys. email for pics. and yes, the A8 was offered w/ the 16"
silver 5 spoke, identical to the A4 one, except the offset is different.
Most A8's came with the 17" polished wheels, so the 16" A8 silver painted
wheels are tough to find.
the car these are mounted on is a '86 5kT, by the way..
