Neat wheels

I saw a black neu-S4 today in a local parking garage that wears an interesting
set of wheels.  It looks a lot like the stock S4 Avus design wheels, except
it is 5-spoke instead of the Avus' 6-spoke.  The ends of the spokes have the
same trapazoid shaped indentations like the Avus, but the wheel bolts are
visible rather than covered.  Also, instead of the flat spokes like the Avus,
these wheels are slightly dished in in the middle where the wheel bolt
openings are.

Cool wheels, if only subtly different than stock, and looks very well
integrated with the car.

While we're on the subject of wheels, the last of the type 8D Audi A4q
with the "quattro sport package" now comes with a new mult-spoke
17" wheel that looks *very* nice.  Much improved from the former 16"
sport package wheels.  These cars come with 225/45-17 size tires, same
as the neu-S4.  The spokes of these wheels are relatively thin and great
for showing off big brakes.
